The CX9 drives like a dream!

Dear John and the staff at OC Mazda,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you did to make me a happy and satisfied customer. You took a frustrating situation and turned it into an easy one. I am very happy with my new CX9 and more pleased with how important it was to you that I was satisfied. At first, I had second thoughts about making the change from an exclusive Lexus-Toyota owner, but I do not regret the change at all. I love driving the car and have taken it on two very long trips already. It drives like a dream and the comfort surpasses the Lexus. I drove to Davis, California last week and arrived refreshed and free of pain. The car is a pleasure to drive.

Chad Custer also stepped up to the plate and was very attentive. He communicated with me frequently and handled everything so I could begin enjoying the Mazda experience. Both locations, Tustin Mazda and Huntington Beach Mazda were easy to work with.

Thank you again for all that you did to make the exchange a pleasant experience.

Awesome dealership. I highly recommend this place. Not just for the newly built building and all the bling bling interior, but for the awesome people and awesome cars.I've been eying Miatas forever and I finally decided to go for it. First time, I went to a different dealership, then I came to this one, cuz this place came highly recommended from a friend of mine. I had a good idea of how much I wanted to pay for a '07 model. Luckly, I was able to have HB Mazda bring in the Miata that I wanted from Tustin Mazda, (they are owned by same people, I think) and I was also able to pay the price I had in mind. Fadi, our salesperson, is awesome. Talk to him if you want a Mazda car. I came here Saturday, not ready to take on the new car yet. We agreed on the price, although they did not see my old trade-in yet. Then my hubby and I went back home just so we can sit on the deal, empty out my old Civic, and also discuss the matter with my parents in law. It was nervewrecking for me, to be honest, because I have never had an experience of driving in an old car in and driving a new car out. Also, I've never paid a full price on a car before.. ugh. Fadi made it easier for us and did not pressure us at all. We agreed to bring my old car over the next day. Then, I got a phone call from Fadi Sunday morning because there was another prospective buyer and he wanted to make sure we got the car. We got back to the dealership at the time we told him we were going to show up the day before. No changes on the price of the car overnight at all. The whole process, when we went back on Sunday, was painless, and before I knew it, I was driving a new pretty Miata baby!!

If you're shopping around for a new car and looking at a Mazda, you should make your first stop Huntington Beach Mazda to talk to Joe R. or Joe B. I recently bought my first car there from the Joes and had a great experience. I got to the dealership Saturday afternoon to check out the new 2009 Miata and after getting the usual documentation, Joe R. handed me the keys so that my boyfriend and I could take the car out for a test drive. Some Mazda dealerships don't let you take the Miata (and other cars) out until you discuss numbers and even fewer will let you take the car out without the salesperson with you, especially if both people taking the car out are under 25. Joe treated us with respect, rather than like a bunch of kids just messing around, which was a nice surprise. Loved the car, Joe gave us the numbers and let us talk about it without hovering over us at all. Eventually, I gave him the amount I was willing to pay and we settled on a price. I still wanted to think about it overnight, so I told the Joes that and they didn't pressure me to buy the car that night at all, even though I had already spent about 3 hours there. During that time, they were always available to answer my questions and let me take the car out for another drive. Came back Sunday afternoon, took one last test drive, and bought the car from Joe R. and Joe B, who stuck to the price we had agreed on the night before. Overall, incredibly low pressure atmosphere and very friendly salespeople who made my first car buying experience memorable, and in a positive way. My dad was with me on the day that I made the purchase and even said that was the most low pressure car buying experience he'd ever had. Now I have a car that I love and at a price that I was very happy with.

I have been meaning to send you this note before now. After about a month of driving our new CX9, we love it. It is better than we had expected.

Coming out of a BMW and going into a Mazda, was easy with this car. It rides great has all the nice luxury features and looks great both inside and out.

I also want to commend you on your staff. While we were there, everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Nick was great in getting us just what we wanted and at the price and payment we were shooting for.

I will definitely recommend you to my friends and hopefully, we will get the chance to tell over 300,000 Fish listeners about your dealership.

I don’t know if you post messages or not but I do want everyone to know that we appreciate the manner in which our transaction was made at Tustin Mazda. I enjoyed the email messages we had back and forth. In the end I think we each had a win- win situation. We are very happy with our Mazda 5 with the popular sport equipment package. The crystal white pearl mica even makes the vehicle look larger, love it. I have had lots of favorable comments about its look, so few have actually seen the Mazda 5.

Please convey our appreciation to Shaun, Lori, Cyndee, Julien, and Mick. Their cordial professional assistance made the transaction very pleasurable. My apologies for leaving anyone out or misspelling names.

Unfortunately Jim, if all goes well I will not be back to your dealership for at least six months as we do not put very many miles in driving, but we will not forget you.

You put the customer first!

I just want to thank you for having such an outstanding professional at OC Mazda's Tustin Mazda location- Mr. Jim Feinstein. He told me that he would beat any price. I just thought the email was just like the rest. He came close but what cemented the deal was his persistence and professionalism. When all the other dealers turned on the traditional "Car Salesman Selling Tactics" like sharks in a feeding frenzy, Jim did not. He wanted to make the deal but also wanted to make a relationship. I never felt pressured throughout the whole negotiation process. What he did do was educate me on Tustin Mazda’s selling principles and I felt like he really cared about the decision to purchase a car from you. We live in San Diego and could have bought a car here instead of driving 110 miles to buy a Mazda in Tustin.

I want to thank you for harvesting a team of professionals that is totally customer centered and not trying to hit the monthly quota/target. I am so impressed by Jim's people skills that when others I know want to purchase a Mazda, I will have them call him first. In fact I am considering asking him to price out another car, a brand new Mazda 6.
